Content and Process of Interviewing

Don't make the person being interviewed feel uncomfortable.

Keep a cool head, especially if the person is rude to you.

Record the info, whether by writing it down or filming with a video camera.

Make sure your questions are interviewing, not educating. The main distinction between them is that interviewing is asking questions people are more likely familiar with, while educating is asking questions that are too irrelevant.

Keep your own personal opinions to yourself. Even if the person says they don't mind, keep them to yourself.
